Having been in business since 1986, I can literally count on one hand the customers who were ever dissatisfied with something purchased from me.  I go to great lengths to inspect, photograph, and describe my items to the best of my ability.  In fact, people are usually surprised that the items look so much better in person than online.

That being said, if you are unhappy with a purchase, I am more than happy to take it back for credit only toward another item.  This credit is non-expiring and can be used at any time. The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
