Pretty Matching Powder Patter, Puff  & Handkerchief Set in Original Gift Box with Personalized Message

This adorable set is still mint in box and has never been used by Miss Sasah.  The set consists of a lacy powder patter with ribbon wrapped wand, a lacy puff with ribbon rose in the center, and an aqua lace-edged hanky.  The puff is still attached to the card in the box and the other two items, even though not attached, have never been used.  On the card in the box is written "To Miss Sasah From Luella & Albert Holk".  Great original set in mint condition!  The patter measures 3-1/2" diameter x 10-1/2" long.  The puff is 3-1/2" diameter and the hanky is about 8" square.  The box has one side of the lid missing but is otherwise intact ... it measures 8-1/4" square x 1" deep.

This is an extremely rare full-bodied porcelain doll powder puff.  The top half with raised open arms has a powder puff attached "skirt"  which rests in the other half of the skirt which has the legs attached.  There was probably a tulle skirt at one time as this is a muslin-stuffed base but the original puff is still attached to the bottom.  It would be a simple matter to attach a piece of vintage tulle or lace if desired but this was as we found her so we are leaving her this way. It is marked Germany on the base.  Overall in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  Measures 6" high total.  Skirt portion is 2-1/2" wide x 2" front-to-back x 3-7/8" high.

One of the hardest-to-find collectibles is this wonderful porcelain half doll with powder puff skirt. Wearing a wide-brimmed sun hat, this lovely miss has rosy cheeks and both hands raised. The skirt has wire hoop framing to enable the doll to stand freely on your dressing table. Sold in gift shops and mail order catalogs in the 20's and 30's, these puff dolls are listed as "Very Rare" in Lynell Schwartz's "Vintage Cmpacts & Beauty Accessories." This lovely lady measures 3-1/2" diameter at base x 5-1/2" tall. She is in exceptional condition for her age with no cracks, chips, or holes in her skirt. Please see all pictures for details. Duray Horse's Head Book End Powder Puffs - Original Store Item with LABEL!

This is a fantastic original store item ... a glass horse's head book end which was filled with 18 powder puffs ... original label is still attached to bottom with old and new tape to hold it on.  Label reads "Horse's Head Book End containing 18 Powder Puffs, Brooklyn, New York."  We have not removed the cotton puffs from the horse and I assume they are all original. This is a great original collectible! Measures almost 5" x 3-1/4" x 5-1/2" high.

Swansdown Puff with Attached Silk Hanky

Adorable powder blue swansdown puff attached to a periwinkle blue silk hanky with purple flowers on each corner outlined in gold embroidery. Hanky corners fold over puff and there is a litle red cord with a beaded end to tie it shut. It is just darling! Appears to have never been used. Puff measures 3-1/2" diameter. Hanky is 8-1/2" square and is in excellent condition!

Powder Puff Girl with Porcelain Half Doll Top

Such an adorable powder puff! Filmy pink material adorns this lovely half doll with arms raised to her shoulder where she holds a pretty flower. Lacy ruffle trims the puff while a pink ribbon is tied at her waist. Doll is porcelain and made in Germany. She is in excellent condition!

Pretty Peach Powder Patter with Jeweled Silk Rose

This pretty powder patter is all original done in peach with a lovely silk flower with jeweled center.  Ribbon-wrapped wand in excellent condition as is the powder puff on the back side.  Appears to have never been used.
