Hobe' Triple Strand Jeweled Necklace

This beautiful emerald green necklace was made by Hobé probably in the 1940's or before.  It has facet cut green beads and pearlized beads with iridescent crystal roundels between.  The clasp is also extremely ornate with jewels set all the way around.  It has three strands in gradiating lengths to rest perfectly around your neck. It is signed on the back of the clasp.  All stones are intact and in excellent condition for its age.  The only wear is on the center pearl on the clasp, all else is beautiful.  No missing stones!  It measures 10" long (drop from clasp to bottom of longest strand) and 17" long when opened (shortest length strand).

Hattie Carnegie Jeweled Cicada Trembler Brooch

This whimsical brooch / pin was made by the famed designer Hattie Carnegie in the form of a cicada.  It is called a "trembler" due to the fact that the jeweled wings are attached with tiny springs which cause them to flutter about with movement.  These were popular in the 1940's and this vintage pin is in excellent condition for its age.  All of the stones are present and the gold finish is very nice and shiny.  Pin measures 2" long x 1-3/4" wide with wings spread in natural resting position. It is a real beauty!

Crown Trifari Signed Leaf Brooch / Pin with Pearls

This beautiful Crown Trifari brooch / pin is in the shape of two silver leaves with clusters of pearls.  It is very pretty and all of the pearls are intact.  The back of the pin is signed with the Crown Trifari mark and the pin is in excellent condition.  I believe it dates from the late 1930's or early 1940's.  Measures 2" long x 1" wide.

Whiting Davis Signed Filigreed Jeweled Hematite Necklace

Beautiful vintage Whiting Davis filigreed necklace with hematite stone.  Pendant is quite large measuring 2-3/8" long x 7/8" across.  The hematite stone has a really pretty shape to it and is highly polished.  The chain has a tag which reads "WHITING DAVIS" and measures approximately 22" long with a small bail at the bottom.  It is in excellent condition.

Crown Trifari Signed Jeweled Flower Bouquet Fur Clip

This beautiful Crown Trifari fur or dress clip is in the shape of a bouquet of flowers.  It is very pretty and all of the crystal rhinestones are intact.  The back of the clip is signed with the Crown Trifari mark and the clip is in excellent condition.  I believe it dates from the late 1930's or early 1940's.  Measures 1-3/4" at widest point (across bouquet).  It can be worn in either of the positions shown.

Coro Jeweled Flower Brooch

This is a very pretty brooch / pin in the shape of a flower with jeweled center.  It is done in silvertone metal with jewels of blue, pink and green.  All stones intact and it is in overall excellent condition.  I have not tried to polish it as I prefer leaving jewelry as found.  It measures 2" x 1-3/4".   It is actually much prettier in person than the pictures show.

Goldtone M-O-P Walt Disney Mickey Mouse, Pluto / Goofy, Donald Bracelet

This is a cute vintage Disney bracelet featuring Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Pluto or Goofy or both (hard to tell them apart).  Each of the characters is in a 3-D raised sculpture centered on a mother-of-pearl background.  It is in very good used condition with some of the polychrome paint missing from wear.  Clasp is in fine working condition and all joints are tight.  It measures 6-1/2" long.

Coro Sterling Silver Eagle Brooch

This is a classic design by Coro of an eagle in flight ... it is solid sterling silver and nicely detailed.  Pin-back design, signed Coro Sterling on the back.  It measures 4-1/2" from left wing tip to bottom of tail and almost 3" across from wing tip to wing tip. It measures 3-1/4" from left wing tip to bottom of talons.

Sterling Silver & Abalone Keyholder signed Taxco

This is a timeless romantic treasure of days gone by ... a U.S. Navy sweetheart pin on a sterling silver bow. The sterling heart charm has a mother-of-pearl overlay with a U.S. Navy emblem with anchor on top. What a wonderful way to remember your guy while he is away on tour! Heart pendant measures 1" x 1" and overall length is almost 1-3/4".

Matisse  Copper & Enamel Bracelet in Abstract Design

This is a lovely enamel on copper bracelet attributed to Matisse ... according to the books, unmarked pieces of Matisse were made before 1954.  We are assuming this to be one such piece as we have found others identical to it that are marked which would be later.  Based on that I would date this to the early 50's.  The enamel on the front is bordered in deep hunter green with center vignettes of greens, yellow and red on white.  The backs of the links are covered in green enamel.  The copper has a nice patina which we like to leave as is ... I don't polish these as I prefer the aged look.  It is in excellent condition.  The bracelet measures 6-3/4" long with clasp closed x 1" wide.

Whiting & Davis Enamel Guilloche Hinged Bangle Bracelet

Beautiful hinged bangle bracelet by Whiting & Davis (signed inside).  The life-like hand-painted roses go all the way around on a buttery yellow background with intricate guilloche designs which show through the enameling.  Base metal is gold tone.  It is in excellent condition with no damage whatsoever.  A truly gorgeous piece!  Safety chain by the clasp.  It is oval shaped as opposed to round so it fits more comfortably on your wrist. Inside measurements are 2-3/8" across x 1-7/8" wide.  Outside dimensions are 3" across x 2-1/2" wide.  The width of the bracelet face itself is 1-3/8".

Sterling Silver and Abalone Butterfly Pin (Brooch) Made in Mexico

Here is a lovely vintage butterfly pin in shimmering rich colors of abalone mounted on sterling silver. Hallmarked Hecho en Mexico and 925 plus the manufacturer's seal on the back, it is a beautiful piece in excellent condition.  The luminosity of the abalone shell actually resembles a real butterfly!  Measures almost 2" across at wing tops and 1-3/4" high.

Lady's Art Nouveau Sterling Silver & Enamel Guilloche Spring-Loaded Scarf Clip

Pretty lady's sterling silver enamel guilloche scarf clip.  Beautiful blue and white enamel guilloche flowers with gold accents.  Enameling is perfect!  Spring-loaded mechanism is in great shape and grips tightly.  A beautiful accent piece!  Can also be clipped onto a collar, hat brim, etc.  Use your imagination!  Measures 1-1/2" long x 3/8" wide.

Argent Dore Sterling Silver and Enamel Guilloche Pin / Watch Fob

What a gorgeous piece of jewelry this is! A blue enamel guilloche sterling silver pin with pink hand-painted roses on either side. It looks to be a bow but also resembles a butterfly to me ... and the body portion is actually an open-ended clip to hang a watch or a monocle.  It is in mint condition with no enamel loss whatsoever and is hallmarked "Argent Dore, 925" on the back.   Measures 1-3/8" across. (I was told that Argent Dore stands for Sterling in French.)

Floating Opal Jeweled Hatpin

I'm not sure, but I was told that this stone is called a 'floating opal' ... it resembles a pearl but is luminescent. There is a band of rhinestones beneath it and a faux pearl under that. Quite stunning! Measures 4-1/4" overall.
